CASE STUDIES · PROVEN DELIVERY

The work speaks louder than the pitch.

A cross-section of live-load rescues, greenfield commissioning, and rapid-scale staffing — with numbers, timelines, and the failures we caught in time.

Live-load UPS failure at a Tier III colocation — 41-minute recovery

CLIENT · Global cloud provider (EMEA)
SECTOR · Colocation · Tier III
DURATION · One live incident window
THE CHALLENGE

A parallel-redundant UPS system tripped one leg mid-week under a busy AI-training load. The customer's own night crew hit the escalation ceiling; a redundancy loss on the surviving leg would have taken down 6 MW.

OUR APPROACH

Two of our P1 engineers were on site within 41 minutes with pre-staged spares. Isolated the failed module, verified capacitance and transfer switch health, restored redundancy — all without cutting IT load.

Greenfield hyperscale hall: full Cx across 32 MW in 11 weeks

CLIENT · European hyperscaler
SECTOR · Purpose-built · Tier IV design
DURATION · 11 weeks (target: 14)
THE CHALLENGE

New hall handed over ~3 weeks late by GC. Client couldn't slip the go-live date without breaching customer contracts, so the Cx window had to compress.

OUR APPROACH

Our Cx lead rebuilt the schedule around parallel L2/L3 testing on separate switchboards, brought in 6 extra field engineers for the L4 IST push, and ran L5 24-hour black-outs on nights + weekends. Zero L6 failures at PAC handover.

RESOURCING · TEMP SCALE-UP

6-engineer surge team for a 4-month migration

CLIENT · Financial services (private cloud → hyperscale)
SECTOR · Enterprise migration
DURATION · 16 weeks
THE CHALLENGE

Client needed to decommission a legacy on-prem hall and re-rack into a leased colo — while the legacy load kept serving trading traffic. Their permanent team could cover BAU but not the migration.

OUR APPROACH

Six vetted DC engineers embedded with the client's team for 16 weeks. Chain-of-custody procedures, secure-erase, cabling to spec, no downtime windows on the live side. Team dissolved cleanly at project end — no permanent-hire drag.
