Deploy racks, expand floors, upgrade infrastructure — at pace.
From the first cage delivery to the last patch cord labelled, we run server-rack deployment campaigns and server-floor expansions across EMEA — without disrupting the loads already running next door.
Data and AI are scaling faster than floors can keep up.
Every quarter, new AI training clusters, GPU pods and inference workloads push operators to bring capacity online faster than traditional deployment cycles allow. Rack counts, power density and cooling demand are growing at the same time — and the build window keeps shrinking.
Our crews work around the clock — day shifts, night shifts, weekends, public holidays. The build clock never stops.
No frozen weeks, no December slowdown. If your floor needs racks online before quarter-end, we mobilize on a calendar that matches yours.
Permanent core + flex bench. Teams blended around customer needs — willing to work each day of the week, any time of day, with rotation that keeps quality and safety high.
Optimized for high-density rack deployment, liquid-cooling retrofits and GPU-pod build-outs — the workloads driving the next 5 years of floor demand.
What we deploy
Server rack deployment
Full Rack & Stack sprints — from cage build, PDU drop and structured cabling, through server install, asset tagging and label verification.
- Cage build & containment
- Rack levelling, anchoring, bonding
- PDU install, breakered & metered
- Structured cabling (Cat6A / OM4 / OS2)
- Server install, labelling & asset tagging
Server-floor capacity expansion
Bringing dark white-space online: power, cooling and network capacity extended into new halls or unused tiles without touching live loads.
- White-space activation & tile reconfiguration
- Busway extensions, PDU additions, new circuits
- Cold-aisle containment retrofit
- Cooling capacity rebalancing (CRAC / CRAH)
- Hot-cut commissioning into the live floor
Infrastructure upgrades
Brownfield power, cooling and BMS upgrades planned around the SLA — concurrently maintainable, with documented switching and rollback procedures.
- UPS / battery string refresh & swaps
- Generator overhauls and ATS upgrades
- Chiller swaps, pump & valve replacements
- BMS / EPMS modernization
- Firmware & control-system updates
Migrations & decommissioning
Moving workloads between halls, sites, or out of legacy infrastructure — with chain-of-custody, secure data-wiping and certified disposal.
- Inventory baseline & migration runbooks
- Physical relocation crews, packaging & transport
- Secure erase / drive shredding to NIST 800-88
- WEEE-compliant disposal & buy-back
- As-built handover documentation
How a deployment moves through our floor
Scope & site survey
Power, cooling, network and access constraints documented. SLA windows agreed. Method statement and RAMS drafted.
Mobilization
Crew sized to scope — rack techs, electricians, cable runners, Cx engineers. Tooling, PPE and consumables on site.
Build & integrate
Racks built, power drops energised, structured cabling run and tested, servers installed. Daily progress logs.
Test & commission
Load-bank tests, failure-mode rehearsals, BMS points verified. Punch list closed with the site team.
Handover & close-out
Red-lined drawings, asset register, photos, test certificates, training. Site formally accepts.
