We collect the minimum data needed to run this website, respond to enquiries, and demonstrate our services. We do NOT sell data, we do NOT feed it into third-party ad networks, and we do NOT profile you.

• Contact form: name, email, company, phone, priority and message content — to respond to your enquiry and (if you're a customer) fulfil the engagement.
• Newsletter signup: email + your language preference — to send you the monthly Insights email.
• Cost calculator: work email, target job title, target salary and duration — to send you the calculated model and (if you consent) follow up with a case study.
• Visitor analytics: pages viewed, time on page, referrer, UTM tags, browser/OS, screen size, and coarse geolocation from your IP — to improve the site. Analytics fires only if you clicked "Accept all" on our cookie banner.

We use one first-party cookie to remember your language choice (localStorage key `is_lang`). It has no tracking value outside this site.

Our cookie banner asks you to choose between "Accept all" (enables visitor analytics) and "Essential only" (disables analytics). We do not use any third-party advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies. Ever.

Contact form submissions and calculator leads: 3 years, then auto-deleted, unless we're actively engaged with you as a customer.

Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe (one click at the bottom of every email).

Visitor analytics events: 24 months, then auto-deleted.

You have the right to: access the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, port it to another service, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@integrator-services.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days; the legal maximum is 30.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) — https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We keep the third-party surface tiny by design. The full list of processors we send data to:

• Google Workspace (SMTP) — sends you our notification emails and stores our inbox.
• Google Sheets (Apps Script webhook) — mirrors form submissions into a spreadsheet we operate.
• MongoDB Atlas — primary database, EU-region.
• ip-api.com — best-effort geo-lookup on visitor analytics events (no PII sent beyond the IP).

If we make a material change to how we handle data, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top and — for newsletter subscribers and existing customers — send an email calling out the change before it takes effect.
